Logan/Fringe Film Festival Call for Entries
March 2nd- March 31st
Organizers of past film festivals — including the Fringe Film Festival and the Real 2 Reel Film Festival — have joined to create the Logan Film Festival. The model of this new organization is a film showing/awards event. Past film festivals have been more similar to film competition events. There are no requirements for submitting a film, except that you own the rights to it. We are only accepting films made after 2009. There are several categories of awards, including a student category ($200) and Best of Fest/Audience Choice ($500 each). The submission deadline is March 16, 2012, and final/late deadline is April 7. Logan Film Festival will screen independent films April 20-21 at three local venues: Caine Lyric Theatre, Dansante Theatre, and Logan Arthouse Theatre. The public is invited to submit film entries and attend the event. See the website for more details: http://www.loganfilmfestival.com
